A wide variety of applications use different materials with equally different properties and technical requirements. The RAM presses are suitable for transporting adhesive and sealing materials from drums with a capacity of 20 liters to 1,000 liters. They are available in a variety of variations to meet the specific requirements of different materials and customers.
The EMU - Electric shot meter unit series is suitable for large-scale applications. It can be used to process materials with low to high viscosity. The available dosing volume ranges from 18 cm³ to 900 cm³.The electric shot meter unit is independent of viscosity, which means that they have a high dosing accuracy and a repeatability of over 99%. The volume flow is continuously controlled depending on the master system (e.g. robot). Furthermore, they have a simple structure, which is characterized by easy assembly and disassembly. The EMU Series are durable and easy to maintain, even under heavy use.
The requirements for the technology are as varied as the applications are. For a perfect material application, not only the material supply and the meter unit are crucial, but also the applicator. With this, the material is applied on the part with high accuracy in the correct dimensions and position. Therefore, every application needs the right applicator. Our applicators are specially adapted to the applications and meet their requirements to ensure a perfect job.
The material is conveyed from the drum pumps or from a ring piping system to the Meter unit and applicator thru flexible material hoses in various diameters. Depending on the conveyed material, the material hoses are available in unheated or heated versions up to 200°C. Heating hoses will be visualized, monitored and controlled in the gluing control system.
